Each Body, Mind & Soul gathering is thoughtfully designed to provide a complete wellness experience in a supportive, community-oriented environment. Our sessions blend practical activities with profound wisdom, making ancient teachings accessible and applicable to modern life.

Opening Circle (10 mins): Gentle arrival, intention setting, and community connection
Body Practices (30 mins): Yoga, breathwork, or movement therapy tailored to the monthly theme
Mind Practices (30 mins): Guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and Gita teaching exploration
Soul Connection (20 mins): Deep discussion, self-reflection, devotional practice, or wisdom sharing
Closing & light breakfast (15 mins): Q&A, personal commitments, and community support
Bhagwad Gita 6.47
Sanskrit:
योगिनामपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना ।
श्रद्धावान् भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मतः ॥
Transliteration:
Yoginām api sarveṣāṁ mad-gatenāntar-ātmanā,
śraddhāvān bhajate yo māṁ sa me yuktatamo mataḥ.
Translation:
Among all yogis, the one who, with faith, always abides in Me — whose inner self is united with Me and who worships Me with devotion — is considered by Me to be the most united, the highest of all.
Essence:
Of all paths of yoga, the one rooted in loving devotion and constant remembrance of the Divine is supreme. True union (yoga) is not merely through meditation or austerity, but through unwavering faith and heartfelt connection with Bhagavan.
